Sweet .. with Let's Get Sketchy

Feeling a bit lost when scrapping recently I figured I'd head over to one of my favourite sketch challenge sites, Let's Get Sketchy, for inspiration. I wasn't disappointed. Week 2's sketch by Jenessa Franco was exactly the launching point I needed for this layout.

Something completely different for me I know. Zero mixed media! Tons of patterned paper! A black background! What is the world coming to?!  :O  Seriously though, when creating with the sublime collections Cocoa Vanilla keeps rolling out, how can one not use a ton of patterned paper?

      Heh Robyn. Sadly the adorable little munchkins aren't mine. They're a friend's little girls and I'm the lucky one who gets to scrap them from time to time. :) xx
