Scrap the Boys - November

I rarely participate in the Scrap the Boys challenges. Not having any boys of my own to scrap, other than GB (who hates having his photo taken!) I'm usually short of photos to scrap. However recently GB bought me the coolest photo organiser I've ever seen and whilst organising some photos I came across a photo of him with our old dog Max at the beach. I really wanted to scrap it and the colour swatch that is the challenge at Scrap the Boys this month seemed to be a perfect fit ..

Here's my LO ..

But Dude!
products used:
cardstock - kraft and black
patterned paper - Simple Stories Take a Hike, Echo Park For the Record 2, This & That, Times & Seasons,
SU First Edition
alphas - American Crafts Thickers
embellishments - TLC rub-ons, A Lil Somethin', Ruby {B} Lou, Ormolu journaling card
 wood buttons, MM staples
tools - SU, Carl and McGill punches, Sizzix and MFT dies, SC Huey's Mask
messy stuff - Jo Sonja's Gesso, SC Mister Huey's Color Mists in Pumpkin Spice,
Calico White and Estate Green
other - black Sharpie pen

I loved these colours. Not what I'd ordinarily choose to scrap with but they worked so well together! Thanks for the inspiration Scrap the Boys. If you too are interested in giving their current challenge you can find all the information HERE.

Happy scrapping!   :)
